STEPHENS COUNTY, Ga. Five people are facing charges following an undercover investigation into the illegal sale of vape products and alcohol to minors in north Georgia. The Stephens County Sheriff's Office The owner of a smoke shop was arrested for allegedly selling vape pens and alcohol to juveniles. WBRZ previously reported that the Brusly Police Department and the Louisiana Alcohol and Tobacco Control Consequences of Vaping Under 18 Las Cruces police said Thursday they arrested a 19 year old man believed to be responsible for a shooting during a botched vapes sale.
